So lately Cherry Park in Long Beach has become resurrected into another hot spot. Skaters making shit happen regardless of what the man says.

Guacamole is the way to go...

Danny and Rob have figured out a better way of making ledges. They have discovered that the best way to bond the cinder blocks to the ground is with Guacamole instead of concrete.

One of those days...

Today was one of those days where we drove around all day trying to find something to skate and just kept getting the boot from everyone.

We were heading to grab a bite to eat when Ben Karpinski saw this.

Perfect Rail. Over all the only thing this park lacked was transitions. A few quarter pipes or a mini ramp would of been nice.

On our last day we were out by 11AM and at the bar by 11PM. 12 hour days in the heat can be rough.

Spot #1 Day 2

Woke up early this morning to hit up a infamous spot in AZ only to find, there were workers there and our secret entrance was closed.

Water Park days..

I remember as a kid I always wanted to skate a water park, and AZ has one of the best ones that just shut it doors in more ways than one.
Special guest of the water park enter through this secret door, but it was closed.

On to the next spot

Access Denied.

After getting shut down most of our 12 hour day, we headed to the 3 stair ledge.
Just after we set up the generator and lights, we got the boot from here as well.

First off, I met Joe about 5 years ago. I knew he was a photographer for Thrasher, but what I didn't know was, he drove a Honda S2000 convertible. I just imagined him driving around in a 1992 Toyota with 237,987 miles on it. I guess you can't judge a book by its cover.
